We absolutely loved our stay at Shalom Luxury Rooms Kondilaki! The location was perfect, situated in a picturesque street just a short walk away from the old Port. The room itself was exceptional, well-furnished and clean with a fantastic view of the charming streets below. The facilities provided were excellent, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome bottle of wine, espresso machine, and complimentary water bottles in the fridge. The daily cleaning service with fresh towels was a nice bonus. The host, Stella, was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We even had a small mishap where I left my favorite dress in the room, but Stella went above and beyond to locate it and promptly send it back to me in Italy. The honesty and helpfulness of the staff really impressed us. we had a wonderful experience at Shalom Luxury Rooms Kondilaki and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve at this hotel was a blast! The room was top-notch, with contemporary furnishings and a mesmerizing view of the historic streets. The room’s key location was just a short walk away from the main square and all the festivities. I loved how the hotel provided breakfast vouchers for a nearby café where we could relish Cretan delicacies. the live traditional music from the nearby tavern added a cozy touch.
Although the location is perfect for exploring, navigating through the old town’s alleys was a bit challenging. Particularly for those carrying luggage or having mobility issues.
